About JF Tobias Client Reserves
At JF Tobias, we offer the finest private client wine storage in the UK. To ensure your wine is kept optimally, we store with London City Bond Vinothèque – where stringently controlled conditions ensure the ultimate standard in storage for your investment. A 19th century Grade II listed building originally constructed as a maltings for a brewery, Vinothèque was designed to minimise alterations in external heat and light. The metre thick solid brick walls that serve this purpose are now also supported by state of the art climate control equipment.
At Vinothèque, our own team check every case personally, so that you can be certain your investment is in safe hands. Each case is individually traceable, and is both completely insured to full invoice value, and ring-fenced within your own dedicated account. As well as being able to provide condition reports from our dedicated and bespoke photo-booth, JF Tobias can also arrange a viewing of your wines by appointment. We wish to bring transparency to the fine wine industry, so whether you wish to see a digital photo of your wine, or be there to place your hand on the case, we can arrange both.
For complete control and ease of management, we can provide portfolio valuations on request, helping you decide what to drink, keep or sell.
Storage Rates
At JF Tobias, we want to keep things simple. That is why we charge just £1 per 750ml per year, excluding VAT.
We will invoice you for our storage charges in arrears every twelve months pro-rata, with our rental period starting on the 1st of April each year.
